Roy Watson is a seasoned Executive Professional with over 37 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. After selling his own regional company in 2002, he has worked with several Private Equity Groups and their small to mid-cap Portfolio Companies to secure their Executive CFO needs. In establishing financial and operational reporting systems that support the PEG’s needs as well as the day-to-day company executive and operating teams, Roy understands and manages the needs of both sides of the business relationship.

Roy takes a ‘roll up his sleeves’ approach to all client relationships. He walks side by side with the PEG’s and his company’s executive team to strategically establish relevant and informative reporting systems, financial modeling, and working capital management. He is well versed in company growth as well as turnaround and work-out situations, mergers and acquisitions, and exits. Other specialties include negotiations, traditional and non-traditional debt financing, capital structure optimization and management of debtor and investor relationships.

Roy is a graduate of Stetson University with a BBA degree with majors in Accounting and Finance. He has held Board positions with several national companies and currently lives in Mt Pleasant, SC where he travels to engagements in the Southeast and mid-Atlantic states.
