Paul Perialas is a seasoned financial and operational executive, leader and business ‘partner’ with an extensive and diverse industry background including Manufacturing, Distribution, Services, Construction, Education and Not for Profit. He has over thirty years of increasing financial responsibility with a proven record of accomplishment in delivering financial results, operational excellence and strategic business development activities with international and multi-state, multi-location organizations.

Paul enjoys leveraging his extensive operational and financial experience within Fortune 500 companies (GE, Coca-Cola, and Cadbury) to enable effective business strategies within smaller, privately held businesses utilizing a team-based, collaborative approach. In his most recent role, Paul served as the CFO / COO for a privately held telecommunications construction firm specializing in providing turn-key solutions for wireless telecom construction needs, broadband fiber optic cable installation and wireline construction. Paul graduated from Defiance College with dual BS degree in Accounting and Finance and earned an MBA in Finance at Miami University.
