With over 35 years of career experience, Linda Wilson-Ingram is an accomplished leader and is comfortable in the board room, senior management meetings, and the office. She prefers to lead by example, rolling up her sleeves to get the job done by finding solutions rather than waiting for things to happen. Linda is also a strategic thinker, envisioning the future results of today’s actions, working towards the strategic vision of management, and resetting course if necessary.

With a BS in Accounting from Illinois State University followed by an MBA from Wake Forest University’s Executive MBA program, Linda is well-versed in demonstrated management best practices and has been repeatedly tapped in the workplace for promotional opportunities that has led to new heights of success and growth. She has exceled in businesses ranging from tens of million dollars to multi-billion dollars, and therefore has been able to help smaller businesses grow and transform from entrepreneurial in nature to more robust and seasoned businesses with standard policies and business practices.

Linda has experience in several markets and industries, both as a seasoned consultant and a business executive. Her primary background is in manufacturing, with experience in heavy manufacturing industries such as textiles, corrugated paperboard, and printing operations. She also has chemical manufacturing, consumer electronics, OEM automotive, and apparel manufacturing experience. In addition to manufacturing, Linda has experience in distribution operations, hygiene services delivery, commercial construction and repair, and automotive racing. This vast range of experience gives her a depth and breadth of knowledge that has allowed her to not only lead the finance and accounting functions, but Human Resources, Information Technology, and Legal. She is skilled at building and maintaining highly effective teams that get the job done.

Linda has extensive experience with M&A activities, both on the sell side as well as the buy side, including successful operational and systems integration. On many occasions, she has managed and improved financial reporting and forecasting practices within private equity owned portfolio companies, as well.

Linda is a Certified Public Accountant and started her career in public accounting with a global accounting firm, today known as Ernst & Young. She is well versed in audit processes and techniques and can manage both internal and external audits effectively. She is also skilled in cash management and forecasting, building several cash models in her career to help her manage business cash flow, as there is nothing worse than managing an unexpected cash crisis. Linda is also somewhat of a systems techie, skilled in data mining from a myriad of commercial systems and can turn that data into trend reporting and actional data using the powers of basic Excel, Excel Power Pivot, and PowerPoint, as well as Power BI. She also has a unique ability to bridge the gap between IT professionals and the user community when more powerful IT solutions are necessary. Linda lives in the South Charlotte area but travels to wherever there is a need.
