Dave Cusumano is a Senior Financial Director and CFO with over 25 years of experience in multiple industries with a history of success in US and European accounting environments. With a mix of both public and private accounting experience, he has excelled at leadership positions throughout his career, including Controller, Director of Finance and VP, Regional Head of Finance North America. Dave possesses a strong track record of facilitating organizational improvements and implementing operational and financial best practices while being an integral component of dynamic strategic leadership management teams. In addition to his knowledge of US GAAP, coupled with his many years working in the US locations for global companies such as SSI Schaefer and BIC Group, Dave is also well versed in other international standards such as IFRS and German GAAP.

Dave’s industry experience includes Logistic Solutions, comprised of automated warehouse design, proprietary software design, and implementation; After Market Sales of parts, services, hotline and maintenance contracts; Manufacturing, including injection molding and packaging solutions, and Promotional Products.

Dave enjoys mentoring, motivating, and guiding new, up-coming finance and accounting professionals throughout their journey to become next-level managers and leaders. Dave possesses strong communication skills which allow him to be comfortable sharing and explaining complex financial results and situations to executive leadership and officers/owners as well as presenting in lay-terms for non-accounting personnel.

Dave earned his Master of Accountancy at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL and has been a Certified Public Accountant (State of FL) since 1997.
