Carmin Wingeier

Ms. Wingeier has over 25 years of experience as a senior financial and operational leader in many corporate environments from small sole proprietors to Fortune 500s. She has held positions in public accounting and industry such as Senior Auditor, Division Controller, Director of Finance and VP Finance and General Manager. Carmin brings a broad range of proven expertise in financial and business management to an organization. Most recently, she has been independently providing CFO and business-advisory work for privately-held businesses.
Carmin has advised and participated in multiple start-ups, acquisitions and dispositions. She understands the complex relationships between management, ownership, bankers, regulators and multiple stakeholders. Her industry experience includes consumer goods, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, wireless communication and technology. She received a BA in Economics and Management/Accounting from Albion College. Carmin also has an MBA with a concentration in International Business from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She started her career as an auditor for a Big Four public accounting firm where she earned a CPA certification.
